Written by Myles Birket Foster, an organist and Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music, not to be confused with his father also called Myles Birket Foster, a famous English watercolour painter and engraver in the Victorian period. 

Condition

In the original cloth binding. Externally, very smart, with light rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound, with scattered spotting to the pages.
