    Fine Binding, Illustrated, Leather Binding, Signed Binding

    A superbly bound edition of Shakespeare's beloved play, finely bound in crushed morocco with gilt decoration to the boards, bound by Asprey for Bayntun Riviere. The gilt to the boards is after the original cloth design by Charles Ricketts.

    One of 310 (unstated) copies, as stated in 'A Bibliography of the Books Issued By Hacon & Ricketts', by Ricketts, published in 1904.

    Illustrated with border decorations by Charles Ricketts.

    Shakespeare's comedy following the marriage of Theseus and Hippolyta, a wedding disrupted by a group of mischievous fairies.

    Finely bound in crushed morocco with gilt decoration, by Asprey for Bayntun-Riviere. Externally, fine, with a couple of very light marks. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
