Condition
In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, smart with bumping and slight loss to the spine heads and tails of both vols. The odd mark to boards. Marginal fading to board of vol two. Mark to spine of vol two. Shelf wear to joints and extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages age toned and the odd spot, heavier to the first and last few pages. With a contemporary ink inscription from 1924 to front free endpaper of volume two. Fore edge roughly cut.
