Written and drawn by Edward Tennyson Reed, a noted political cartoonist.

Condition

In the publisher's original full vellum. Externally, Discolouration to vellum and handling marks to boards. Closed tear to joint at head of spine. Warping to leather as is typical with vellum. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean but age toned and the odd spot, heavier to the first and last few pages. Fore edge roughly cut.
