In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart. Slight cockling to spine. Prize bookplate from London Diocesan Juvenile Branch to front paste down, previous owner's faint pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Slight rubbing and bumping to extremities. One or two very slight handling marks to boards. Front hinge cracked, but holding. Internally, generally firmly bound. Hinges slightly strained in places, but holding. Pages bright and clean with the odd spot and one or two handling marks, heavier to first and last few leaves.
