Containing a study of the ancient megalithic ruins of Tripoli, conducted by H. S. Cowper during a few visits of the country between 1895 and 1896. The first edition of this work.

With a frontispiece and numerous further illustrations in text, folding map to rear.

Condition

In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally smart with minor shelf wear, bumped to head and tail of spine and extremities, lightly marked. Internally, firmly bound. Light minor spotting scattered to first and last few leaves, pages otherwise generally bright and clean.

Overall: Very Good Indeed
