    Description

    Two volumes of The New Universe, being the 17th and 18th year of the publication. 

    In the original German. 

    These volume contain the most interesting inventions and discoveries in all areas and is a yearbook for the home and family, specifically for more mature children. 

    Each volume has a colour folding frontispiece and four colour plates. With other black and white illustrations throughout the text of both volumes.
    Collated, complete. 

    Each volume has adverts to the endpapers.

    Condition

    In the original cloth binding. Externally, smart with marks to the rear board of 17 and light bumping to the head and tail of the spine of both volumes. Previous owner inscriptions to both front free endpapers. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
