The Girl's Own Paper was a British story paper for young women and girls which was published weekly from 1880 until 1956 by the Religious Tract Society, which subsequently became the Lutterworth Press. The paper provided a mixture of educational articles, stories, poetry, music, answers to correspondence, and plates or illustrations. Most of the content was created by female writers, artists, and musicians, and as the years progressed the paper included information on serious careers for women and advice on style and dress. For some years The Girl's Own Annual was published as a collection of issues throughout the year.
