Condition

In the publisher's original blue cloth with gilt lettering to spine and front board. Externally, excellent with slight bumping to spine head and tail and extremities. The odd mark to boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright. The odd closed tear to folding map. Contains sixteen pages of original publisher's advertisements to the rear of the work.
