Copiously illustrated throughout by W. Luker, Jr., including a frontispiece, fifty-eight plates and many vignettes. Collated, complete. 

This volume offers a charming tour through London's inner and outer suburbian areas, including Knightsbridge, Brompton, The Regent's Park, Islington, Harrow Hill, Hackney Marshes, Putney, Strawberry Hill "Estate" and many more. 

Written by Percy Hetherington Fitzgerald, an Anglo-Irish author and critic, painter and sculptor.

Condition

In the original cloth binding. Externally, very smart, with really only slight rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean, with occasional spots. Minor offsetting to the endpapers.
