This set contains of the following issues:
November 1893 (No. 44) - Containing articles such as 'Muslim Art in Paris', 'Festejadou: Scenes of Catalan Life' and poetry by Henry de Fleurigny
December 1894 (No. 57) - Containing section on 'Le Pape Jacinthe' (Pope Hyacinth), a story called 'A Conspiracy' by Paul Perret, and charmingly illustrated sheet music from Louis Diemer.
and February 1897 (No. 83), this being a very scarce issue. With an article on the latest book releases, a story named 'Barry's Adventure' and a study of Odeon Theatre.
Each issue is embellished with beautifully coloured illustrations, and contains a combination of news and lifestyle articles, history and stories.
With further illustrated advertisements to the inside of the wraps.
Condition
In the publisher's original pictorial wraps. Externally, smart. With light edge wear, heavier to the areas around the bindings. Rear wrap to February 1897 is detached but present, with a couple chips to the binding. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean, with the odd spot.
