Harry Furniss (1854–1925) was a well-known British illustrator and writer, celebrated for over 2,600 drawings published in Punch, along with illustrations for works like Lewis Carroll’s Sylvie and Bruno.

In the publisher's original pictorial cloth binding. Externally, very smart. The odd minor handling mark to boards. Slight rubbing and bumping to extremities. Slight rubbing to boards. Pages bright and clean with one or two spots to first and last few leaves.
