These collection of poetry features a thousand poems from some of the most popular poets in the world, such as Samuel Coleridge, Lord Byron, Thomas Gray, Sir Walter Scott and many others. The poems cover subjects such as women's rights, nobility, religion and war.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloths. Externally very smart to the first series, with a slight lean, the second series has damp staining to the boards, with bumping to the extremities, fading to the spine and slight marks to the boards to both volumes. Tidemarks to the endpapers to second series, offsetting, owner's signature and 'Men's Meeting' stamp to the first series. Internally firmly bound with bright and clean pages, with tidemarks to the front and rear of series two.
