Volume V only, for 1889. Scarce work. "The Scottish Law Review and Sheriff Court Reports" was a legal publication that reported on cases in the Sheriff Courts of Scotland. The volumes acted as a historical collection of legal cases and commentary related to the Scottish legal system, for specific years. This volume contains articles on the court of criminal appeal, suggestions to codify registration law, business agents and their commissions, constructive delivery, and the law of Scotland relating to the property of husband and wife, amongst others.
Condition
Bund in half calf with cloth covered boards. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities and the odd small mark to the boards. A small crack to the head of the front joint. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot and light spotting to the first and last few pages.
