This work was written by the noted Andrew Lang, best known for his coloured 'fairy books', and tells the story of Prince Prigio, a prince who was gifted with many magical presents by fairies at his birth, and his father's attempts to kill him. This work was inspired by Lang's folklorist background.
Condition
In the publisher's original cloth. Externally excellent with fading to the spine, and slight bumping and rubbing to the extremities. Light age toning to the endpapers. Internally firmly bound with age toned and generally clean pages with offsetting and spotting to the front blank and half title.
