This work was written and published by German publisher and writer Karl Baedeker. Baedeker was best known for his publishing company and the travel guides he created. This work provides a comprehensive handbook for tourists visiting Norway and Sweden, with details on it's history, transport routes and plans and guides.

Condition
In the publisher's original cloth. Externally smart with fading to the spine, the odd minor slight mark, and two very small closed tears to the cloth to the head of the spine. Hinges tender with marks to the endpapers. Internally generally firmly bound with the odd pages starting. Pages lightly age toned, heavier to the odd page, and clean. The odd map mis- bound but present.
