An exciting adventure novel in the typical vivid style of H. Rider Haggard, 'Cleopatra' follows Harmachiis as he tries to overthrow the supposed imposter Cleopatra, drive out the Greeks and Roman, and restore Egypt to its former glory.
Condition
In the publisher's original cloth. Externally generally smart with rubbing and bumping to the extremities, the odd slight mark to the spine, small worming holes to the front board, and slight fading to the spine with small closed tears to the head and tail. 'Government House Library' bookplate to the front pastedown, with hinges starting. Internally, binding slightly strained in places with bright pages with occasional light spotting and evidence of worming.
