A collection of the letters and memories of Charles Kingsley, a broad church priest of the Church of England, a university professor, social reformer, historian, novelist and poet. Being a record of his writings throughout his life. Edited by his wife, Frances Eliza Grenfell.

    Condition

    Bound in full calf. Externally, smart with light rubbing and fading to the extremities. The odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small pencil annotation. Contemporary ink inscriptions to the front endpaper.
