With reference to the historical context, weaponry, and tactical observations. Written by Sir Edward Shepherd Creasy, an English historian and jurist.

    Condition

    Bound in half calf with marbled boards. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities and the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with light scattered spotting. School bookplate to the front pastedown has been partially removed.
