    Description

    Colour Plates, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding

    An anthology of poems on each month of the year, a seasonal collection lauding the benefits of each month, as well as their zodiacs.

    Illustrated colourfully throughout, including with a frontispiece, thirteen plates, and illustrated borders.

    By Robert Dudley, a watercolourist and lithographer.

    Undated, dated from Jisc from a copy held at the British Library. 

    Collated, complete.

    Condition

    In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. A little light rubbing to the cloth, mostly to the joints and extremities. Spine is faded. Front hinge is starting. Front endpaper and front free are detached but present. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with scattered spots. Frontispiece and title page are detached but present.
