Condition

Bound in full calf with gilt. Externally, sound with light rubbing to the extremities and minor fading to the spine. The odd small mark to the boards. A large crack to the front joint resulting in the front board loosening, held by a small section only and may detach with further handling. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. A school prize bookplate to the front pastedown.
