Condition
In the original cloth binding. Externally, joints are tender, with splits to the cloth. Loss to the head and tail of the back strip, which is coming away from the spine. With a horizontal closed tear to the centre. Darkening and general rubbing to the extremities. Front hinge has amateur reinforcement and rear hinge is tender. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean, with a contemporary ink inscription to the front free endpaper and occasional spots throughout.
