    The 'Household Edition' of this work, dated 1875 via the British Library.

    Originally published serially from 1838 and 1839, Dickens began work on this novel while still working on 'Oliver Twist'.

    In the beloved novel, a young, compassionate man struggles to save his family and friends from the abusive exploitation of his uncle.

    Condition

    In a half morocco binding with cloth covered boards. Boards bright. Light rubbing to back strip centre, back strip head and tail, and rear joint. Front hinge a touch strained, but firmly held. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright, with instances of foxing to the first and last few leaves.
