What Our Customers Say...

Description

First Edition, Publishers' Original Binding, Scarce

The scarce first edition of this work, in the very scarce publisher's original paper wraps.

Written by an anonymous Freemason - 'the Author of "The Text Book of Freemasonry" - the work explains that thousands of Catholic Freemasons in the UK 'labour under the Anathemas hurled' at them by the Pope.

The author discusses the historical basis for a relationship between the two organisations, and identifies a point of divergence in about the year 1700.

He concludes by presenting avenues to reunite the two groups.

Condition

In the publisher's original paper wraps. Wraps lightly age toned to perimeters. Small areas of paper residue to back strip head and tail. Internally, central gathering - pages 5-24 - detached and loosely inserted. Pages clean and bright.
