What Our Customers Say...

Description

The fifth edition of the work, considerably enlarged.

Written by American lawyer, painter, author and traveler George Catlin, who specialized in portraits of Native Americans in the American Frontier.

This delightful little book conveys the dangers of mouth breathing and why nose breathing is preferred, based on the Native American experience. He noticed Native Americans were predominantly nasal breathers, and had zero infant mortality or child deformities compared to the increased numbers of the Western world. As a result, Catlin deemed mouth breathing to be the cause of ill health, explained in this volume.
