    Folding Maps, Illustrated, Leather Binding

    Third edition. Scarce edition. Illustrated with frontispiece, image to the title page, thirty-six plates and two folding maps. Collated complete. A concise dictionary of the Bible, intended to aid Bible studies for universal circulation allowing its readers to investigate and connect with the various subjects in the text. Edited by William Smith, an English lexicographer known for his advances in the teaching of Greek and Latin in schools.

    Condition

    Bound in half calf with brown cloth boards. Externally, smart with rubbing and wear resulting in light loss to the extremities. Fading to the spine and the odd mark to the board. Front hinge starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with light scattered spotting.
