This is an enlightening guide on wondrous and interesting birds ranging from the birds of paradise to the owl-parrot (or kakapo) of New Zealand. Accompanying colour plates bring the species to life.

Condition

Rebacked cloth edition, with spine laid down. Externally, very smart with some marking to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean with slight spotting to the first and last few pages and tissue guards.
