The journal served as a platform to discuss and promote church extension efforts in England and Wales. Previously held in the library of Peter Burman, a British architectural historian.
Condition
Bound in half calf with marbled boards. Externally, sound with rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine with the odd mark to the boards. Hinges starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with scattered spotting to the first and last few pages. Previous owner's bookplate to the front endpaper.
