Description

First Edition, Original Binding, Publishers' Original Binding

With a publisher's catalogue to the rear of volume III. Volumes I and III of three volumes. In the original publisher's cloth and charming in their own right, this pair would increase in value when united with the lacking volume.

Condition

In decorative publishers cloth bindings. Externally nice and bright, slightly bumped and rubbed to extremities. Three hinges are slightly strained. Internally, generally firmly bound although strained in places. Generally bright and clean with just the odd spot or handling mark, dusting to the top edge not affecting the text.
