Bound in half crushed morocco with marbled paper-covered boards.

This interesting critical analysis is comprised of notes by Harry W. Wetton surrounding the sixteenth canto of Lord Byron's famous epic poem, Don Juan. In this examination, Wetton explores Byron's literary techniques and themes, as well as highlighting its cultural and historical significance.

With the ownership stamp of R. Townley Parker, the Unionist Member of Parliament for the constituency of Preston.

With a blind stamp for Nottingham Public Library to the title page.

Condition

Bound in half crushed morocco with marbled paper-covered boards. Externally, very good with slight rubbing to the extremities and joints. Label remnants to the front endpaper. Hinge is a touch strained after front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean, with a few spots to the first and last few pages, with the odd handling mark or ink mark throughout. With the stamp of R. Townley Parker and library blind stamp to the title page.
