The work provides detailed descriptions and diagrams of the human anatomy, intended to simplify and explain human anatomy to medical students. The work also provides instructions for dissection.
Condition
Bound in half morroco with marbled paper to the boards. Externally very smart with rubbing to the fore edges and minimal rubbing to the joints, bumping to the extremities of the boards and slight marks to the boards. Front hinge tender with pencil annotations to the endpapers. Internally generally firmly bound with frontispiece tender and pp. 247-250 weak. Pages very lightly age toned with the odd pencil annotation, heavier to the front blanks, and the occasional spot, heavier to the front.
