Condition
Bound in full calf. Externally, sound with rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine and boards with the odd small mark. Minor cracks to the head and tail of the spine as well as the joints. Hinges starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with light scattered spotting and age toning to the extremities. Minor tide marks to the plates. Light age toning to the endpapers with a contemporary ink inscription to the front endpaper. Bound by Bickers & Son, London.
