In brown crushed morocco, with an engraved frontispiece of the poet. A decorative title page by English artist Keeley Halswelle, along with nine other beautiful engraved illustrations. Collated complete.

A leading figure in the Romantic movement, this extensive collection of poetry proves his literary genius. A towering figure in Irish Literature, a bronze statue was erected in Dublin to commemorate him.

Condition

In brown crushed morocco. Externally, very smart. Slight signs of shelf wear, with minor rubbing to rear top edge and front joint, slight heavier towards tail of spine. End papers are clean, with very slight wear to hinge at front end papers. Internally, generally firmly bound, with slight tension to hinge between leaves pp.32-33. Small bookworm bite on leaf of p.63. Pages are clean, with partial browning due to age.
