With chapters on misquoted words, erroneous statements, the new choir, the lantern tower, annual income and expenditure considered, and the acts ascribed to Archbishop Thoresby, amongst others. Written and published by John Browne.

Condition

In the original full cloth binding. Externally, sound with light rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine with the odd small mark to the boards. Small splits in the cloth to the head and tail of the spine. Front hinge tender with rear hinge starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with light scattered spotting. A contemporary ink inscription to the front pastedown.
