The poet Edvard Lembcke translates Shakespeare's plays in this scarce Danish edition. Prior owner's stamp to the recto of the front free endpaper. The collection previously belonged to the C. Condition
In a quarter leather binding over brown cloth boards. Externally, smart. Lightly rubbed to the boards, primarily to the edges of the volumes. With a small chip to the front board of the second volume. A little rubbed to the spines. Both hinges are starting, but firm to the first, third, and final volumes. With a scuff in the leather near the joint of the sixth volume. Internally, firmly bound. Aside from some light foxing to the front and rear of each volume, pages are generally bright and clean with intermittent patches of light foxing.
