Humorously written in the Lancashire dialect, this comic narrative captures the experiences of a Rochdale man in London, at the scene of the 1851 Great Exhibition.

With vignette illustrations throughout. Lacking frontispiece.

The work of "O Felley Fro Rachde", the pseudonym of Oliver Ormerod, a Rochdale-born writer renowned for his humorous and satirical works in the Lancashire dialect.

Condition

Rebound in modern paper wraps, with the publisher's original rear wrap bound in to the rear. Externally, fine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages significantly age toned, with large dark spot extending from title page to page 20, and with significant handling marks throughout.
