With frontispiece and further vignette illustrations in text.

Condition

Rebound in full calf with five raised bands, titles in gilt to morocco spine label, gilt tooling to spine, gilt blind stamp to front board, marbled edges and endpapers. Externally very smart with only light rubbing to joints and head and tail of spine. Internally, firmly bound. Light minor spotting to first and last few leaves, pages otherwise generally bright and clean.
