A vanishingly scarce work.

Undated, dated by copies held at the British Library.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth. Externally, smart with bumping and slight rubbing to the extremities, minor marks to the boards, and small closed tears to the head and tails of the joints. Internally generally firmly bound with pp. 65-80 starting. Pages age toned with light spotting, heavier to the front and rear.
