Renowned French military and political leader Napoleon Bonaparte was defeated at the Battle of Waterloo.  Written by General Baron de Jomini, a prolific writer and historian on the Napoleonic Wars.

Condition

Bound in modern quarter calf with marbled paper to the boards. Endpapers renewed. Externally lovely with only minimal fading to the spine. Internally firmly bound with lightly age toned and generally clean pages with only the very odd minor spot.
