This volume includes contributions from Mary Howitt, an English poet, Barbara Hofland, an English writer of moral stories for children, and of schoolbooks and poetry, and Anna Maria Hall, an Irish novelist who often published as "Mrs. S. C. Hall", amongst others.
Condition
Bound in full crushed morocco with gilt. Externally, sound with light rubbing to the extremities and the odd small mark to the boards. Minor fading to the spine with small cracks to the joints. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with the odd small spot or handling mark. Minor age toning to the extremities with light age toning to the endpapers. A contemporary ink inscription to the front free endpaper.
