Bound in quarter calf.

A guide to hunting from Harry Hieover, an author of works on hunting, horse care and horse riding. The work aims to provide advice on horse riding for hunting, with guides to purchasing horses suitable for hunting, accounts of his hunting experiences, tips for leaping, and more.

Condition

Bound in quarter calf. Externally very smart with slight rubbing to the extremities and joints, and minor marks to the boards. Bookplate of John Clapperton to the front pastedown, and a binder's label to the rear pastedown. Internally firmly bound with bright and generally clean pages with only the odd spot to the front. Owner's ink note to the front blank.
