This book is part of the series "Mr. Weale's Series of Rudimentary Works for the Use of Beginners", and focuses on foundation works, with chapters on footings, planking, sand, concrete, beton, pile-driving, caissons and cofferdams. Many diagrams accompany the text. 8 pages of publisher's advertisements to the front of the volume.
Condition
In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally sound, with some soiling to the front board and bumping to the extremities. Internally, the binding is strained in a couple of places. Pages are generally bright and clean, apart from some soiling to the front paste down.
