Illustrated, Leather Binding

This volume contains volumes vii-viii of Flying Leaves from number 145-168 and 169-192. 

Fliengende Blatter was a German weekly humor and satire magazine which appeared from 1845-1945 in Munich. Many of the illustrations were by well-known artists such as Wilhelm Busch, Carl Spitzweg and Hermann Vogel. 

With many in-text illustrations. 

Condition

In half calf with marbled boards. Externally, smart with some splitting to the front joint and rubbing to the spine and extremities with light marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
