Undated, dated from a copy held by the British Library.

Bound in full cloth, with a leather spine label. Externally, smart, with rubbing to the extremities and creasing to the cloth. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are age toned, with scattered spotting. Small ink impression to the title page.
