With thirty-eight coloured plates to volume I and fifty-six coloured plates to volume II. With an additional coloured illustrated title page to volume I and in-text engravings throughout. Collated, complete.
Condition
Uniformly bound in a signed half crushed morocco by Blunson, with marbled paper covered boards and gilt detailing to the spines. Externally, with rubbing to the extremities and a small crack to the joints to volume I. With a library ink mark to the spine tail of volume I. Bookplate belonging to the Westminster Public Libraries to the front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean, with the odd spot or handling marks.
