Edited by British horticulturalist, Joseph Harrison, this low-priced horticultural monthly sold almost 60,000 copies in its first nine months. Each issue offers a charming range of articles on new and rare plants, miscellaneous information on different species and families, and relevant remarks and observations.
Condition
Rebacked in a half calf binding, with contemporary boards. Externally, very smart, with mild rubbing to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright, with scattered spots throughout. With occasional offsetting to the pages facing colour plates.
