Translated from the Latin with notes and chronological tables by Archibald Maclaine, an Irish minister and translator who spent nearly half a century as pastor at the English church in The Hague.
Condition
In a half calf binding, with marbled paper covered boards. Light rubbing to back strip heads and tails, with small loss of paper towards head of front board of volume II. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
