Illustrated with a frontispiece and eight plates. Collated, complete.

Edward Jesse presents a descriptive and historical sketch of the royal palace and its surroundings, blending architectural and antiquarian detail with observations of the gardens, artworks, and associations with monarchs who resided there.

With advertisements to the rear.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Boards bright, with small mark towards centre of front board. Back strip age toned, with bump to tail. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
