In a half calf binding, with marbled paper covered boards. Rubbing to back strip head and tail and joints, with further light rubbing to centre of volume I front board. Bookplates to front pastedowns and free endpapers. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright, with instances of spotting and offsetting throughout.
