    Illustrated with an engraved frontispiece and title page, with a further seven engraved plates, one of which is folding.

    Rebacked, retaining original boards and endpapers.

    Condition

    Rebacked in calf, retaining the original calf boards. Gilt detailing to back strip. Retaining original endpapers. Front joint starting, with board firmly held. Rear hinge strained, but firmly held. Internally, firmly bound. Pages age toned, with spotting to perimeters, and handling marks. Tide marks to tail of engraved frontispiece and title page.
